Mus duif Ground dove

Deze duif heeft inderdaad ongeveer het formaat van een mus en leeft meestal op de grond, maar ze kunnen wel vliegen (ook al doen ze dat weinig). De musduif kan 15 tot 18 centimeter groot worden en heeft een geel-oranje snavel met een zwart puntje.
This dove is indeed about the size of a sparrow and usually lives on the ground, but they can fly (although they do not do so much). The Sparrow Dove can grow to 15 to 18 centimeters and has a yellow-orange bill with a black tip.

Is een duivensoort die voorkomt in Colombia, Venezuela en de Nederlandse Antillen. Zoals de naam al aangeeft valt deze duif vooral op door zijn bijzondere ogen, of beter gezegd: de donkere band om zijn ogen. De naaktoogduiven zijn niet schuw en scharrelen veelal rond in de buurt van mensen, vooral als die aan het eten zijn. Je treft ze daarom veel aan op terrassen en op het strand.
Is a pigeon species that occurs in Colombia, Venezuela and the Netherlands Antilles. As the name implies, this pigeon is especially notable for its special eyes, or rather: the dark band around its eyes. The naked eyed pigeons are not shy and often forage around people, especially when they are eating. You will therefore find them a lot on terraces and on the beach.
